   3. For Radha Krishna deities larger than 24 inches (2 feet), orders are accepted via WhatsApp only.

1. 1. As these poshaks are lovingly crafted for the seva of deities, we are unable to accept returns once they have been used or offered to a deity.

   2. If a poshak has not been offered to the deity, it is eligible for a one-time return. Please send the product to our return address within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.

   3. Once the returned item is received and verified, a one-time store credit will be issued, which can be used toward your next purchase.

   4. We also offer a one-time exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to the product being unused and not offered to a deity.
