Requests received after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement.

9. Delivery Attempts & Returned Shipments

If a shipment is returned due to repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery:
· Re-shipping charges shall be applicable.
· Orders placed using Cash on Delivery (COD) must be prepaid before re-dispatch.
