Return & Exchange Policy

1. As these poshaks are lovingly crafted for the seva of deities, we are unable to accept returns once they have been used or offered to a deity.
2. If a poshak has not been offered to the deity, it is eligible for a one-time return. Please send the product to our return address within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
3. Once the returned item is received and verified, a one-time store credit will be issued, which can be used toward your next purchase.
4. We also offer a one-time exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to the product being unused and not offered to a deity.

Good to Know

1. Designed exclusively for ISKCON-style Radha Krishna deities and brass vigrahas (not suitable for deities with hands joined near the chest).
2. Product photographs feature 15-inch Radha Krishna deities.
3. For Radha Krishna deities larger than 24 inches (2 feet), orders are accepted via WhatsApp only.
